I had an incredible stay at this amazing lodge! The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and had both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. The property itself was stunning, with hiking trails, waterfalls, and even a few zoo animals. I loved exploring the well-landscaped paths and coming across hummingbirds, butterflies, and other interesting attractions. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Plus, the food at the restaurants was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

My stay at this hotel was incredible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The highlight was the breathtaking bathroom, complete with a waterfall that created a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the multitude of activities offered, such as exploring the nearby waterfall gardens and interacting with the animals.
There were a few minor disappointments, such as the cold room service breakfast and the lack of working internet in the room.

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel for a romantic getaway. The cabin style rooms were perfect, with a beautiful fireplace and a personal jacuzzi on the porch. The surrounding rainforest and nature trails were breathtaking, and we loved being able to feed hummingbirds on the balcony. The staff were amazing, treating us like their best friends, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. The animals in the sanctuary were a highlight, especially for the kids. Highly recommend this place!

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the luxurious and tastefully designed rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the fact that staying at the lodge gave me free access to the park, even before opening and after closure, which made it feel like my own private garden. The animals in the small zoo were a hit with the kids, especially the feeding of the hummingbirds, butterflies, and jungle cats. Additionally, the waterfalls provided a beautiful backdrop for a leisurely walk.
The staff, while not unfriendly, lacked the attentive service that I would expect from a five-star hotel. Cleaning was only done when we specifically requested it, and some items were missing from our room.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, this boutique resort offers enchanting rooms with breathtaking views. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Indulge in the delicious food at the restaurants, and don't miss the private tours and early access to the park. The rooms are well-maintained, featuring stunning bathrooms and comfortable amenities. Explore the reserve with its wildlife and scenic trails to waterfalls, creating unforgettable memories.
Sadly, some areas of the lodge lacked the usual warmth and attentiveness, resulting in a somewhat disappointing overall experience.

Absolutely stunning views and luxurious rooms. The private deck with a hot tub was a highlight, and waking up to a waterfall was a unique experience. The staff, especially Harold at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised us with a travel meal when we had to leave early for our flight.
While the hotel itself was exceptional, the dinner menu could have offered more choices. Additionally, the lack of nearby attractions within walking distance meant that we were somewhat limited in our activities and had to hire a car to explore the area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and design. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony and the delicious food offered at the restaurants. Additionally, the interactive and educational opportunities provided a great introduction to the local culture and environment.
While the bathroom was beautiful, the floors in the shower were quite slippery, which could be a safety concern. Another downside was the discomfort of the cot in the room.
